Hotel is little outdated and not in it’s best shape. Location and facilities however are great!! Kids and beach lovers will have an amazing time here.

Not pretty from the outside but rooms are modern and comfy with a great view. Staff were outstanding. Facilities in the immediate hotel are limited with no bar, but it is only a short walk to the main Centre Parcs complex with plenty of options. Use of the pools was a nice bonus.

The hotel is a very good family hotel where children can have a lot of fun, the play area is majestic! The reception staff instead completely inefficient, they did not provide us with an extra blanket because they did not have the hotel being full and in the end the hair dryer did not work, I went down with wet hair at 10 in the evening and they replied that they had no others and could not do anything, I raised my voice because such a thing is unacceptable and by chance a new hair dryer came up.

For the price we paid to stay here it was very good for what we needed for for stay. However, I wouldn’t have wanted to pay that much more. Our room did have an epic beach view, it has a good location to access the beach and the beach restaurants. We were racing at Zandvoort circuit which made the hotel an excellent choice and we would return. Breakfast was good in the hotel. One morning we left for the circuit too early for breakfast which was originally a disappointment, however they made us a packed breakfast which was excellent. We didn’t use other facilities, so can’t comment.

Be aware Only soft play and the swimming pool are included, other activities are all paid extra. the room was clean, big and simply decorated but have no air con it was very warm in the night, uncomfortable sleep.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand,nur durch eine Strasse getrennt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 9.Stock und somit eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Das Zimmer war groß und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eigentlich kann man erst ab 16.00 Uhr einchecken. Als wir um 11.30 Uhr ankamen hat man uns angeboten eine Mail zu schicken,wenn das Zimmer eher fertig ist,und es hat funktioniert. So konnten wir nach einem ersten Kurzausflig an den Strand schon aufs Zimmer. Das Frühstück war gut und mit genügend Auswahl. Nur am Sonntag war es sehr voll und das Personal kam nicht nach mit auffüllen. Die Einrichtungen incl. Spassbad im Park können kostenlos genutzt werden. Wir haben uns wobl gefühlt und gut erholt.

Strandblick war hervorragend, aber die fenster waren beim Sturm undicht und es wurden direkt schon Handtücher vor die Fenster gelegt. Allerdings wurden die Handtücher (obwohl sie komplett nass waren) während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht ausgetauscht. Frühstück war sehr gut und hatte ein große Auswahl. Personal insgesamt sehr freundlich und sprach auch deutsch. Nur der Empfang an der Rezeption war nicht sehr freundlich. Insgesamt ist das Hotel zu empfehlen.

Lage des Hotels und Ausblick top! Sauberkeit der Zimmer 8/10. Beim Frühstücksbuffet musste man teilweise etwas warten. Die Sojamilch, die zur Verfügung stand, war schon abgelaufen und schlecht. Wir waren für 4 Tage da und würden auch noch einmal buchen.

In der Umgebung ist das Parken gebührenpflichtig, der Parkplatz selbst ist ebenfalls gebührenpflichtig, ich meine, das waren 10€ pro Tag… In unserem Zimmer lagen auf dem Fensterbank und darunter auf der Heizung Handtücher, vermutlich von den Gästen davor… Das Badezimmer und die Toilette sind getrennt, der Raum mit der Toilette ist sehr einengend gewesen und roch stark nach Kanalisation… Das Wasser im Aggua war eher kalt, außer die Wildwasserbahn, da war es was angenehmer. Und in Aqua Mundo war alles überteuert… Rest war sonst soweit in Ordnung…

Für dieses Hotel 250€ oder mehr zu verlangen ist schlicht und ergreifend eine Frechheit. Hier sind maximal 120€ gerechtfertigt. Eine Zeitreise in die 80er Jahre ohne Modernisierung. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach und lud nicht zum genießen ein. Die Fotos spiegeln nicht annähernd den tatsächlichen Zustand wieder. Wir würden auf keinen Fall wiederkommen. Das einzig lobenswerte ist die direkte Strandnähe, halbwegs sauber war es auch.
