The breakfast was poor from my point of view, there was no bacon, no scrambled eggs, and the food that was there was poorly stocked. The staff seemed to have no interest in anything, they ran out of spoons, so I asked for some from a member of staff, her reply was to point out another member of staff and say go ask her! I asked her and she went and got some but when she came back she just dumped them in the tray and walked away, she didn't come to me to give one, or even tell me that she had brought some out. Reception staff were exceptionally slow with check in taking a half hour, the room was pre paid so there was nothing really to check so why it took a half hour is something that I don't understand. The hotel is nice, it's clean and in a good location but the one let down is the staff.

A very pleasant and comfortable 2 night stay here. So handy to the airport, even with two bags to navigate with. The train stops just meters away and it’s a very short walk. All the staff were super friendly throughout my whole stay. I will definitely be staying here again in my next trip to Amsterdam!
