Nice place to stay

Good hotel located about 10 minutes away by car from the centre of Haarlem. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good air conditioning in the rooms which was a big bonus as I stayed during a very hot weekend. Nice breakfast which you can have on a terrace outside if you like.

The hotel is quite under staff. Only 1 staff at the reception whom needs to attend to most enquiries including request for eg. Kettle in the room and extra towers etc.

This is my second stay here and everything was fine. However housekeeping did not clean our room so we returned to hotel on 2nd night with beds not made, towels not replaced etc.. we told the front desk in morning who said they would look into it but we were now checking out. Apart from themissed housekeeping, everything was fine.

Wir wollten nach Amsterdam und fanden mit diesem Hotel einen super Startpunkt. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden. Die Bushaltestelle ist 2 Minuten entfernt, somit kamen wir fix zum Bahnhof und mit dem Zug in die Stadt. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das Personal konnte uns bei der Reiseplanung helfen. Frühstück ist leider nur bis 9 Uhr. Wir werden gern wiederkommen.
