We arrived before check in, but we were able to get right in our room. So nice after a long flight! We chose the hotel due to its proximity to the train station and airport. Also walkable to stretch our legs and find dinner in the city center of Hoofddorp. This was our 2nd stay at an Intercity Hotel and we were impressed with both.

We had a wonderful stay at IntercityHotel Amsterdam Airport and was genuinely impressed with every aspect of the experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly, professional, and eager to help. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its excellent location. It is very close to Amsterdam Airport, with easy access to the train station, making travel to and from Amsterdam Centraal Station incredibly convenient and hassle-free. We stayed here for three nights and were extremely happy with our choice. The combination of comfortable rooms, outstanding service, great transportation access, and very reasonable rates made our trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend IntercityHotel Amsterdam Airport to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and high-quality place to stay while visiting Amsterdam. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded our expectations, and we are truly grateful for the excellent hospitality. We would definitely stay here again.

Straighforward mid-range hotel, very well maintained, comfortable rooms, bar and restaurant open quite late. Helpful staff with manned front desk. Well presented buffet breakfast. In the middle of nowhere, but there is a shuttle bus to and from the airport every 30 minutes which takes 10 minutes, so you just need to time for that and then transport on from Schiphol.

It’s close to Schiphol airport. It’s just convenient with a good price. This time Expedia discount was applied so it became very competitive against Novotel. It’s close to Hoofddorp station however there was a steps between the hotel and the station and you have to carry your bags. The hotel bus from the airport was not easy to catch. I couldn’t catch it two times though I was there. The hotel people was not so productive at check out in the morning. Just one lady stuck with long conversation with a customer.

I had a pleasant stay at the IntercityHotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff, while quite young, were friendly and professional throughout my stay. The food is fairly standard. Breakfast is a buffet that costs €17 which is a bit high. One thing to note is that there aren't any other restaurants within easy walking distance, so your dining options are limited. A major advantage is the location. The train station is only about a 10-minute walk away, with direct trains to Amsterdam Centraal, making it easy to get into the city. One downside during my stay was that the public Wi-Fi appeared to use an unsecured connection, so I'd recommend using a VPN or avoiding sensitive activities while connected.

Nice clean hotel, evening food was nice, didn't try breakfast. Airport shuttle service very good, free on way to hotel small charge on return to airport. Short and simple walk (basically straight line) to bus for Keukenhof although some steps to get there. But not much else around the hotel.
