"This hotel was overall great. The rooms were spacious and well appointed- nespresso machine, dishwasher, tvs, etc. You could not hear noise from adjacent rooms or those above you - only occasional door slams. The breakfast had lots of options and was pretty good. I also appreciated the laundry room in the basement. It’s pretty far from the city center but close to a tram station. The staff were all helpful, friendly and always happy to accommodate. I would stay here again if back in Amsterdam."

Not only did they prepare a substantial take away meal, they opened early to allow us a hot meal before we left and also gave us the breakfast which served as another meal for our journey. "It was great for transportation. Within easy walking distance of tram, train and metro. The apartment was quite spartan. Bring your own salt and pepper. It would have been helpful to have a microwave. It’s about 12 minutes from the central station which takes you out of the crowded areas but close enough to get to where you want to go. It was a very secure and safe place to stay."

"Lovely place with a great sized room and very easy to commute to and from into Amsterdam. Good set of amenities! Very easy to go upstairs and grab food or drinks too if you want. "Yassem made a difficult situation for my mother and myself bearable. We left the Netherlands early due to her my mother’s pneumonia. He assisted us with trying to find a physician as well as transport to the airport. When the driver did not arrive on time, Yassem drove us himself. He assist ed with the loading of heavy luggage as well as removing it. The hank you so much Yassem for going he extra mile!!!!"

"We loved having a whole house to ourselves, complete with a mostly full kitchen! We felt safe and secure because of the gated entrance. Having the office closed at 5:00 most days was a bit challenging at times as we were often touring during the day and had questions in the evening. But when we were able to ask our questions, they were very helpful!"

However, one star goes off: the hotels positions itself as 4-star, however our linens were threadbare thin, and the sheet had small hole in the middle from excessive wear. In addition, the AC unit in our room had control unit broken, with the AC set at 22C w/o any chance to change it. No dealbreakers, but for the hotel level, not acceptable minor flaws"

Would have scored 5 stars but the room servicing is odd. We were not told at checkin that rooms are only serviced every three days for “environmental reasons”. We are very familiar and agree with not replacing towels every day, but I would expect rooms to be cleaned/ glasses cleaned/coffee replaced at this standard of hotel....
