"When we arrived, we found both beds had traces of blood on the bedsheets, it was disgusting when we went to the front desk and asked for new sheets. The guy was very rude. The next day I asked to speak to a manager, she initially offered to compensate us. but then change her mind because we chose to still stay with them. This is one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had at a hotel. this place is beyond horrible."

"Had a three night stay at Sonesta, the hotel was clean, staff was great, breakfast was good, and the room was excellent. The airport shuttle was being serviced when I was leaving and staff was kind enough to order an Uber for me. Definitely a must stay if you ever visit Nashville."

"Floors were super dirty, they dont know there is something called "mop". Big pillow smelled like sweat. Rooms not sound insulated, you can hear airplanes taking off at all times, you hear everything happening next room. Fridge wasn't working, I asked front desk to please fix and nope, there was no maintenance onsite... skip this MOTEL not Hotel"

"We just went in, slept, showered, and then checked out. The employees were efficient and friendly. The hotel was clean and spacious. Tge accomodations were comfortable. The check in/check out was painless. If I return to Antioch, I will stay tgere agsin."
