"We experienced a few issues. First, there was a puddle of water on the floor of our room. They moved us to a new room but the keys didn't work. We requested a wake up call that never came. One of the staff members at the desk was not nice at all. Also, they don't have a little 'store' for things like hairspray, ibuprofen, etc. (They said they normally had ibuprofen but were out at the moment). The things we did like were the walk-in shower, the beds were fairly comfortable and the room was clean."

"I enjoyed the airport shuttle and how available it was! The ability of checking in early was also amazing! Breakfast was also well a pretty good few options. Would definitely stay here again. I just wish there was a pool or hot tub to enjoy at the end of a long adventuring day."

"The hot breakfast every morning was very nice. There was plenty of variety. Staff was very nice. The room could have been a touch cleaner. I did wake up the first night and find ants in the cat food and all over the bathroom. They sent someone up to clean it with cleaner. It did get sprayed the next day while I was out of the room."

"It was clean but had a lingering musty smell. I think the carpets could be updated in the hotel. It was kinda sketchy and there were random camper, commercial truck, and car parked in the back parking lot that looked like people were living in them. We didn’t need to use the door key to get in so I am not sure if the lock was broken or if it always is open to the public. We were only there one night and headed to the airport early so I made sure our door was well locked and slept great. "

"The front desk staff was extremely helpful with local recommendations and the transportation to/from the airport was convenient. However, the reason for the poor rating was my experience in the room. I woke up to loud stomping from the room above. I’m not sure if the floors are just that hollow but this wasn’t faint, it was LOUD!"
