"1)did not tell us about the fact that we had a food credit. 2)did not tell us about the fact that there would not be any maid services unless requested which is not a big deal, but having coffee pods replenished was a big deal. 3) heating system did not work well on one of the days. room got to 80 degrees. "

"I enjoyed the airport shuttle and how available it was! The ability of checking in early was also amazing! Breakfast was also well a pretty good few options. Would definitely stay here again. I just wish there was a pool or hot tub to enjoy at the end of a long adventuring day."

"The hot breakfast every morning was very nice. There was plenty of variety. Staff was very nice. The room could have been a touch cleaner. I did wake up the first night and find ants in the cat food and all over the bathroom. They sent someone up to clean it with cleaner. It did get sprayed the next day while I was out of the room."

"Front desk clerk Anna checked to make sure our room was clean and ready for us to check in. Anna was very pleasant and helpful to make sure we would have a nice stay. Also Raquel the night clerk was very helpful in obtaining us an Uber to our concert event and made sure we returned back to the hotel safely before she left work that evening. Breakfast was also good. All in all these 2 ladies made sure we had a magnificent stay and we'll be sure to return again next time we're in Nashville."
