the only reason I booked here was to use the airport shuttle but when I landed just before midnight there was no way to reach the hotel as their phones were out. no apologies when I got there. no offer to refund the uber ride.

Hotel was renovated, very clean. Rooms were all wooden floor and even the bathroom were renovated too. It has a nice waffle making station and breakfast is included! It was very enjoyable room overall. However, the noise cancellation from the ceiling were not done well. We can hear every steps upstairs (nothing from the neighboring room, so walls were good), but if you end up with upstairs neighbors catching a early flight or coming back late, you will be woken up (we are not light sleepers).

This is a no-frills hotel with breakfast and an airport shuttle. Cleanliness was probably the worst part of the stay. While the room itself was relatively clean, the hallways and elevators were not. Basically, everything leading up to the room felt pretty dirty, especially the hallway carpets, so that feeling of uncleanliness lingers even after you step inside. The breakfast was just okay. The best feature was supposed to be the convenience of the airport shuttle. However, it only runs every hour in the morning and must be scheduled in advance, so I ended up having to take an Uber anyway.
