"If i could give 0 stars i would. I booked this hotel for my bachellorette and even paid an extra night so we wouldnt have to wait after my 11pm-6am flight. My friends and i get there, i tell them my booking, and they tell me that there’s nothing they can do. The lady at the front desk was extremely blunt with me and did not provide any assistance or sympathy. She continued to essentially blame it on me for booking it through expedia like it was my fault. My friends and i have now been left with no room and no sleep. We have to wait 8-10 more hours before we can get into the other hotel that actually had rooms open. On top of this, they tried to deny me a refund since it was a “non refundable” booking. This has essentially messed up my entire vacation and added more stress on me and my friends when there shouldn’t have been any. Maybe you guys should be checking your availability and letting people know that it’s not available BEFORE THEY SHOW UP. and have a nicer front desk lady. i will never book here again or any other property i figure out is under the same company."

"Rooms larger than usual very comfortable king size bed large side stand with refrigerator microwave nice hot water TV remote did not work probably needs. Batteries didn’t have any with me bed nightstand been turned off. Eliminate electricity to that bed nightstand have to find new electrical outlet to charge telephone or computer otherwise very excellent. Stay for the most reasonable price only 15 minutes from downtown Nashville. "

"Staff was not overly friendly. Room was ok but the chair in the room had an extremely large stain that was still wet to the touch. The following morning, I awoke to water pouring from the ceiling into the bathroom floor. Someone above me was taking a shower and the water was coming through a vent in the ceiling and into the floor in my room. This continued for over 30 minutes. I informed staff of this issue and they did not seem surprised or overly eager to correct the issue. They didn't even offer an apology. Breakfast was minimal. No Orange Juice and out of waffle batter. No workers could be seen refilling anything either. Will not stay here again. "
