"Im surprised VRBO allows this company on its site. 36 hours(ish) before check-in you'll be hit you with a overly-demanding check-in process and rule book that includes re-registering via a confusing app, uploading your photo, passport, credit card etc. Rules include separating and putting out all garbage, cleaning and putting away dishes etc. All automated—forget speaking with a human, Dont charge hotel prices if you dont provide hotel service."

Top Nagawa Hotel Reviews

Matsumoto Marunouchi Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Great."

Matsumoto Hotel Kagetsu

8/10 Good

"Staff and property were all very helpful and well kept respectively. That said we were assigned a room that was not easy to access as there were a few flight of stairs to get to the room. The room was small but sufficient and came with a balcony with chairs and a table to sip tea. The onsen bath was refreshing but indoor and piped in."
