"The room is clean and bed n pillow so comfortable , room is spacious , bathroom is great , they provide toothbrush with toothpaste , comb, facial cleanser, pajamas , etc . It has Lawson store beside it and train station urayasu . Love it n will comeback "

"The staff was wonderful, it was rainy one of the days and we were able to borrow an umbrella from the front desk. We were also able to store our luggage for the day after we checked out. The room was a little small, but that’s just Japan. Would definitely recommend."

"The building has central HVAC, so no climate control in the room. When I called front desk explaining how our room was hot and humid, they explained that they would not turn on the air conditioning and I should open a window. Normally this would be fine, except the windows were extremely dangerous, opening wide with no screen. Not possible to use with a toddler around. Other than this issue, we had a positive experience."

"Absolutely great hotel. Spacious room. Great amenities like the fitness center and the onsen with outaide views that will show Mount Fuji when it isnt hiding in the clouds. The public bath/onsen permits tattoos. Staying at this hotel also provides you with discounts when shopping around the airports shopping and dining areas. Staff is very friendly and quick with baggage forwarding services. In Terminal 3 and allows you to get to your flight without having to worry about transportation as it is walkable if you fly our of Terminal 3. Terminal 3 also has an observation deck which was pretty neat to come upon over looking the tarmac."

"Great property with smaller rooms but typical for APA. Staff is friendly and extremely courteous. Water station to fill up your water bottles. Very close to Namba station, Dotonbori/ Shinsaibashi area. Very close to Namba YASAKA Shrine (do not mistake for Namba Shrine). Onsen does not allow tatoos which I was a bit sad about cause I have prett inconspicuous ones like behind my ear, on my wrist and in my back which my hair could have covered."

"The hotel looked really nice. The room was on the smaller size. It was convenient as it’s close to Osaka Station. A lot of dining options nearby."
