Im surprised VRBO allows this company on its site. 36 hours(ish) before check-in you'll be hit you with a overly-demanding check-in process and rule book that includes re-registering via a confusing app, uploading your photo, passport, credit card etc. Rules include separating and putting out all garbage, cleaning and putting away dishes etc. All automated—forget speaking with a human, Dont charge hotel prices if you dont provide hotel service.
