"El desayuno excelente, los cuartos limpios, todos los empleados muy amables excepto por un mesero que trabajó el el restaurante japonés el martes 7 de abril 2026 , turno de la noche, que por cierto ahí me enfermé El hotel no cuenta con acondicionador para el pelo, la alberca muy chica y tiene demasiado cloro , y el aire acondicionado nunca bajó de 22 grados y fueron a arreglarlo dos veces, en otras palabras yo no volvería a este hotel especialmente con tantas opciones."

Front desk personal needs to explain better how the free breakfast ticket works, they just handed to us and said - enjoy your breakfast- we were five of us and end up paying full price. Other thing is that they are never open the restaurant at 7 am like they say. Always late and that is not right if we have already a scheduled for the day."
