"From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and well organized. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and housekeeping was consistent throughout our stay. The staff were attentive and genuinely caring, especially when traveling with family. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and everything — from check-in to daily services — ran smoothly. We felt well taken care of and truly enjoyed our time here."

"Great stay and super friendly staff. This is a very welcoming space for queer people. The breakfast was probably the highlight as there was a lot of options and fresh food. The fruit and juice was great and we tried almost all of the items on the menu. We got the handicap room and it was spacious. There was one time a bug from likely the drain but we captured it and the cleaners took care of it. There also was a lot of mosquitoes randomly but i’m not sure if that was just for our room. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable. We will be back the next time we come! "
