Hotel itself was nice and clean and staff were helpful! Rooms were decent size and modern. Location wasn’t the best, we didn’t feel massively safe but just got Ubers everywhere and we’re only there for one night!
Great staff at reception and we enjoyed our breakfast and dinners at the Delia Bistro, the staff provided excellent service. The meals were delicious! Thank you for your hospitality.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The room was smaller than expected, but very clean and neat. The staff is really friendly and really take care of you. The location seems unsafe after dark, during the day is perfect and really a few blocks away from the "Centro Historico" area.
Staff was incredibly courteous. Room was nice but lacks cabinets/drawers. Breakfast was also good, an array of fruit, cereal, yogurt and some Mexican dishes (chilaquiles, rajas de chile). Good location.
The hotel was comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was good—there wasn’t a lot of variety, but it was still enjoyable. One downside was the lack of privacy in the bathroom and shower since they are only separated by dark glass, so you can hear everything. The room also didn’t have a microwave or a small refrigerator, which would have been convenient. The location felt safe, but the area around the hotel has many street vendors and is not very attractive.
