The breakfast buffet was great, loved the choices of fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs etc. went every morning. The staff was nice. Beds were really comfortable, and room was clean. Would definitely go back. Nice hotel. Thank you for the beautiful stay!

Clean and stylish

Well designed and space efficient. I appreciate that drinking water and coffee was available all the time. Breakfast is simple and it's good enough to get your day started. The bell person who helped my luggage upon check in recommended me city tours and I'm glad that I joined !!! The tour to Teotihuacan had an amazing value and the guide was the best !!

The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the concierge, Jose. Our room was well appointed and perfectly clean. Only a few blocks from the Palacio de Belles Artes so a great location

Really nice staff and really clean. Check in and check out was very fast. Breakfast was good but they sure can do better with the pancakes they were hard and cold. Other than that everything was excellent.

The Kali Centro Hotel is conveniently located near the Civil Registry office where local and out of town people do significant use of the Mexican Government services. In house Taxi service and included breakfast are also added and valued services.

I LOVE this hotel. Such a great deal and the hotel is kept in excellent condition and the staff is beyond wonderful. My only complaint is that it is a little off the beaten path of the Centro historico. The neighborhood is not exactly lovely but just do the extra walking and you are fine.

Excellent choice for staying near El Zocalo

Excellent stay, nice, not too expensive and in a nice location close to El Zocalo. From day one, we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very clean and well lit. At night we had a good sleep on clean and comfortable beds. Noise levels were very minimal. If I can only point out a flaw it would be the bathroom sliding door was a little annoying to keep closed, maybe it was only our room, but that was our experience. I would rate it 9.9 out of 10.

Hotel was not aware of the VIP benefit. Staff didn’t know much about what’s happening nor willing to find out in and around the hotel. Otherwise, decent place for the price.

Hotel location is unbeatable. Walkable to central spots and historical buildings etc. The English speaking skill of the hotel staff is very limited. Poor cleanliness on bedding stuff, we found foot print on the sheet, hairs on the pillow, all pillows which don’t belong to us… bring your own sheet if your want to stay in this hotel. Oh and dirty sticky thing on the towel. Don’t forget to bring your own towel too. Limited options on the free breakfast. Honestly, they might tried their best on the conditions. You didn’t really notice the cleanliness issue unless you went detail cause they looked ok on the outside and the room. I don’t know how they got so many good reviews, maybe because of its location. I just stated the facts that I found and I honestly won’t ever come back here again even their staff are nice.
