The hotel was excellent—the location, the quality, the staff... We really enjoyed our stay here. Unfortunately, our overall impression was spoiled by our departure, as we left at 5 a.m. and had arranged for a breakfast package with the hotel. However, that morning the receptionist told us that the staff hadn’t had time to prepare the packages, so we didn’t get any breakfast....:-(

The room and property were nice and clean. Lacked some amenities like more towels or even a phone number to reach reception from your room. The food cafe they had was not very good at all and took a very long time to come out. Also the walls seemed pretty thin and it was a bit loud.

The area is very close to subway stops and it is an easy walk to Historic Centro. Chinatown is also close by and that is a very interesting place to visit. While there are many auto parts shops that are open during the day, this part of Luis Moya can seem a bit deserted in the evening, night time, however it is very safe to walk around the neighbourhood.
