Very happy with our stay. The location is great, just a short walk to the Zocalo and the rooms are very modern and clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows as well.

This family-owned hotel has perfected the art of making guests feel valued and cared for. The service was absolutely top-notch. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether it was recommendations for local attractions, arranging transportation, or simply checking in to see how I was doing, their attention to detail was impeccable. Esta a 4 cuadras de la avenida principal que da con el Parque Alameda donde puedes llegar a 5 minutos caminando y encuentra un mundo de cosas que te llamarán la atención... El personal fue muy amable y la limpieza de las habitaciones son excelentes...

It is perfect if you are in and out of your room, Wi-Fi wasn’t accessible in the room area, towels arrived 1 day late had to ask twice. Check in was Super easy and lobby area is very comfortable they held our bags till we were ready to leave to the airport on the day of departure. It is a very noisy area not far from the zocalo. People and cars are none stop. Not an area for a light sleeper. Overall 5 stars and will be returning.

el hotel tiene buena ubicación, cerca de los lugares turísticos, solo el aire acondicionado que tienen,. siento que no da la capacidad necesaria, ya que en ciertos momentos se llegaba a sentir caliente, el colchón creo era de espuma, pero, siento que era demasiado firme a la segunda o tercera noche te acostumbras, pero si es n poco rigido.
