"Absolutely loved my stay here for a week in January. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, did everything to ensure we had a great experience. Room was small but clean, functional and loved the toilet. It's also in the perfect area for tourists visiting, maybe 3 min walk from the subway and right next to the called Shibuya Crossing. "

"What a beautiful hotel with such lovely attention to detail! It’s clean, modern, convenient, has friendly staff and is directly on top of some fun shops and amenities!!! It’s walking distance to public transport, close to Shibuya scramble and great shops. My only issue was that I didn’t have space to keep my luggage bag open, as the floor space is very limited, so I had to climb over my bag or pack it up and away each time I used it. Overall a wonderful hotel and I can’t wait to return!"

"Enjoyed my stay here. It is about 5-10 walk upon leaving the Yamanote Line by following the New South Gate exit. It was easily walkable following signs as well as lift options whilst I was dragging around 2 suitcases. The area hotel was nice and quiet and its about a 10 minute walk to reach the main Shibuya crossing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One thing which could be improved is the breakfast options and variety and the room temperature, as it very cold with the air con on which would also make some of the food get cold fairly quickly. Other than that room was nice and spacious and would probably stay here again in the future."
