"This was a great location for us, not a far walk from where our daughter lives in Bushwick. The location was very convenient, right off the J train. We were glad our room was on the back side of the hotel because the train was right out front. But I do not know what the exact layout of the hotel is; perhaps none of the rooms look out onto the front. Thanks!"

"We love 1Hotel. This was our fourth visit. However, this visit was different. From the loud music playing until two oclock in the morning, to the garbage left behind outside the entrance to the nightclub, the vibe was not at all what we experienced previously during our trips to Brooklyn. We sincerely hope the decision to use the upstairs floor as a nightclub is reconsidered. Being kept awake by loud music is not acceptable. Also, there was a bag of trash sitting on top of the trashcan for two days.Such a shame for this beautiful hotel. Attention to detail is what made this hotel so special."

"This is my second stay at this hotel. My lives down the street, so it's a no brainer. We were only there over night. The staff member who checked us in was VERY nice, informative, courteous & just a pleasant person. Customer service at it's finest. In that field you should be a service to the customer & he was. We didn't eat breakfast, however, the first time we stayed, it was delicious. A variety of items to choose from. Overnight trip, the hotel served it's purpose."
