We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. "札幌駅やすすきの周辺まで、市電、地下鉄、バスと様々な公共交通機関で行くことができ、コンビニも近くにありました。悪くない立地です。掲載されているとても清潔で美しい写真とは実際が異なり、家具やクッションなどがくたびれて、清潔感に欠けていました。掃除されていない訳ではないと思いますが、洗面所の排水口がつまって水が溜まってしまったり、空気清浄機のフィルターがホコリまみれでした。スリッパが使い捨てではなく布製のもので、衛生面が気になり、使えませんでした。メッセージのやり取りですぐ返事がくるはよかったです。"

"Such a lovely hotel with modern decor and impeccable cleanliness. Very conveniently located as well with loads of convenient stores and shops around as well as the JR station. Very friendly staff on top. The only slight criticism is the rooms are a bit small but still a good size unless you're travelling with loads of luggage. Breakfast was great, championing local produce and specialty but the vegetable dishes, apart from the aspaagus was not quite to my taste, that's just personal preference and there is ample other options anyway."

"A beautiful hotel that was clean and modern. The staff was very welcoming and the location is fantastic. We are excited when we discovered the underground walkways that attached to the hotel. It is close to the station and other things to see. The dinner and breakfast buffet was wonderful. It had a big variety, there was something for everyone. We will stay here again!"
