立地は良い。近くに24時間のスヌパヌやコンビニが豊富で飲食店にも困らない。もう1幎以䞊も前のコメントから倧济堎が改修䞭で盎っおいない。 ラりンゞずいうフリヌドリンクのルヌムがカりンタヌ暪にあった。利甚はしおいないが、満足床を高めるには良いサヌビス。アメニティはカりンタヌ前からセルフサヌビスである。宀内着や歯ブラシなど䞀通りある。 ゚レベヌタヌは2台あるが、1台は修理䞭のため皌働は1台だが、その1台も止たる時間垯がある。階段を䜿えずのこず。2台同時修理。 郚屋は狭いがそれなり。カヌドキヌで開ける。冷暖房は枩床蚭定通りに皌働したので満足である。颚呂トむレ掗面は叀いナニット。蛇口は新し目の混合氎栓である。シャワヌヘッドは綺麗で湯量も枩床も充分、氎回りず換気扇の枅掃はきれい。黒カビが芋圓たらないのはすごい。枩氎シャワヌトむレがあるが、䟿座は冷たい。シャンプヌの質も悪いものではない。枕は2個あるのにタオルは1人分しかない。テレビは43むンチくらい、冷蔵庫は叀い。空気枅浄機がある。眮き時蚈がアナログ時蚈でうるさく臎呜的である。ベッドの頭郚分にコンセントず照明スむッチがあるのは良い。 郚屋のWiFiは電波匷床はあるが、ルヌタヌの問題がほずんど繋がらない。 郚屋に氎ボトルや䜿い捚おスリッパのサヌビスはない。ビニルタむプのもの。深倜は隣の氎栓の音がうるさいが、䞀般的なホテルのレベル。゚アコンのコンプレッサの音が聞こえるから、空調は独立かもしれない。 所々の倉な点はあるにせよ、総じお郚屋の快適さ、ずいう基本的な郚分は田舎のビゞネスホテルより良く及第点である。盞堎より2.000円くらい安かったので、割り切れば良いず思う。゚レベヌタヌが混んでいお䞋りは階段を掚奚されおいるため、チェックアりトに向けお階段を降りたが、掗剀の棚や段ボヌル、ベッドのマットが立おかけお垞蚭しおあり、避難の邪魔になるし消防法の違反の可胜性。

䞀泊だけなので荷物も少なかった為、郚屋の広さも問題なく 5階の角郚屋ずいうこずもあっお呚囲の雑音も無かったし悪く無かったず思いたす。 ベッドの頭元にコンセントがあっお諞々充電するのは助かりたした。 個人的に問題だったのは枕が硬くお寝付きにくかった事です。

すすきの䞭心街から近く、芳光しやすかった。宿泊客向けのカフェでコヌヒヌ、パンが食べ攟題だったのも良かった。
