"I brought my daughter to Tokyo to celebrate her high school graduation. We wanted to experience a real Japanese neighborhood and that is exactly what we got with this place. It is not fancy, but clean and exactly what we wanted! I will try to stay here again. "

"Hotel was about 10 steps off Kappabashi street. About 10-15 walk to train stations depending on where you want to go. Grocery store nearby. 7-11 near hotel was not well stocked, but I seen an Lawson being built nearby. Easy walk to Sensoji temple. We also walked to Tokyo Skytree crossing the river. Hotel room was nice, had a small stove, toaster oven, microwave and a fridge with freezer. All in one washer and dryer in room. 2 twin beds, couch that turns into bunk beds and a dining table to seat 4. Toilet was separate from the show room. "
"We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasurable one. The front desk was exceptional. Upon arrival my friend left her phone in the taxi. Iwasaki was so helpful in helping us get it back. She made all the phone calls and had it returned to us so quickly. We are forever grateful for that! The young man at front desk was also so kind and helpful with our questions. 10 stars for their friendliness and efficiency! The hotel itself is very clean and we loved how you could wear your pyjamas around and feel comfortable. The incredible onsen was a bonus after long days of walking. Just wished the breakfast included a few more western items. Hotel location was super convenient right next to Senso-ji temple and within close walking distance of Don Q, Hoppy Street, Lawsons, etc. Highly recommend this hotel!"
"The rooms are small but clean and equipped with what we needed and didn’t know we needed. I do wish we could’ve experienced the public bath but due to us having tattoos, that’s a no no. I liked and thought it was very convenient to have a little convenient store right in our hotel. Loved the bidet!!! Love that it has a laundry facility right in our hotel. The water pressure, temperature was AWESOME! If any negatives, and I’m just nitpicking…elevator can take a while to come and the dryers take a while to dry. Lastly., no Netflix allowed. That was a doozy for our two week stay, Once again I’m just nitpicking. The hotel was fabulous and beautiful! I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!!!"
"The staff are young and energetic. You can tell they enjoy working here with each other. Room and bathroom were clean and impressive. "Welcome drink", coffee machine and other amenities were appreciated.
Six laundry machines across three floors, drying cycle takes a lot longer for some clothes so bring plenty of coins because they cost money. TV shows you the laundry status remotely which is cool.
The area took some getting used to, but there are some wonderful places to eat and be entertained. Recommend restaurants on floor 4 below the hotel. "
