DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel New York City - Chelsea
10/10 Excellent
"The staff was excellent! I arrived before check-in and they gladly tagged the bags and put them in a safe area until I returned. They even called to tell me when my room was ready. I dropped a used play ticket in the lobby, they called my room to see if I wanted it, then saved it so I could pick it up. All of the employees I interacted with were so friendly and helpful!"
"Clean hotel in a perfect location. Everyone who worked there was kind and helpful from check in to check out. Many people have said the property was outdated or dirty which was not the case. The rooms were not ultra modern or brand new but who goes to NYC near broadway to hang out in the room? The bed was comfy and clean, the room was huge compared to many other hotel rooms, everything worked and the bathroom was clean. You cannot beat the location for the price and there are plenty of restaurants within the same block so needing one in the hotel is not needed. I highly recommend this hotel. "
"I liked my room a lot. It was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. There were plenty of places around to grab food if needed. The breakfast was adequate and appreciated. My only drawback was my view was a brick wall. Oh, and the water pressure in the shower was super low. "
