Such an amazing hotel! Very clean, upscale and the staff was so great! I am super picky about where I will stay and I will stay here every time I am in Manila! I canā€™t say enough good things about this hotel!!

Overall, a very good stay and hotel. Convenient when in the Metro Manila area when travelling or visiting the Las Pinas area. We stayed 16 nights at this hotel and were treated very well by the employees. The food was exceptional and quantities huge! The hotel needs some maintenance to make the customer experience better--specifically the musty smells in some of the hallways. Windows in the rooms need weatherstripping to keep outside noises, outside. Especially true with the daily 6:15AM Zomba class held next door in the community space!!! The staff were all very friendly and more than helpful! Would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable. Staff are very polite and quick to cater to my needs. Breakfast is alright. Didnā€™t like the closet that has no door. Guest personal belongings are exposed when a visitor comes over.. No writing pad and ball pen. There is only one chair for a room with 2 beds.

Staffs are cheerful and friendly at the beginning only. There were lots of awkward moment since they made mistakes with our request and bookings then blamed us for it and asked payment for services we did not avail or used. Rooms are dirty with some weird smell. Bathroom door was defective (doesnā€™t close or open smoothly). Small shower rooms. In general family/group rooms are pretty small. Outside paint and building looks faded and old. Surroundings are not safe if you want to stroll and explore the area. Hotel was built beside the cemetery so it a bit scary to look outside the window at night.

First of all, the Hotel is very clean especially the lobby and the dining area. It was difficult to find because the Hotel name is still carrying the previous name of the hotel. Do not search for Brittany Global South but instead look for Mella Hotel. Not a very nice location. On Expedia it says 9.9km away from the Mall of Asia and takes 10 minutes to get there, but in reality it can take up to 45 minutes because of the traffic congestion surrounding this area.
