"Rooms were clean and staff was friendly and attentive."

"Stayed for a night only. The hotel is outstanding. The room was very clean, mini bar fully stacked, had ward robes, bathroom complete with personal hygiene kits. Room was equipped with iphone chargers, and the lights, AC, can be controlled from one location next to bed. Staff from the greeters, front desk, roof top bar servers to dining area, were quick to assist and answer questions. I recommed this hotel to anyone expecting first class experience. Guest, Ramil"

"Room was large, view wasn't so great beside an old building and construction site but other than that it was a nice stay. I stayed at 2 other hotels in Manila and this was the nicest by far. Washroom was large except had a weird rectangle shaped toilet seat. Lobby was nice and the rooftop bar/restaurant pool had a great view. We had 4 ppl and lots of luggage and still had ample room which was great. Only issue was the location for grab/taxis. In Makati it takes forever to find a driver."

"Shorter review than usual, as I was conveniently treated for a broken wrist next door at Makati Med. Rona in housekeeping made our stay very uncluttered and easy for me. Food and service at Misti Restaurant was exceptional as always, with offers to fill my buffet plate at breakfast and a beautiful bow at dinner."

"Great hotel! Great location in the heart of Makati, near the Powerplant Mall and the Ayala Greenbelt malls, a street food bazaar, and a lot of fun bars. The rooms were nice - we stayed in an upgraded king room and it was very spacious. Staff were all very friendly. A great experience!"
