The staff were friendly but the majority of the staff, especially the wait staff in the restaurants did NOT speak or understand English which made it very difficult. The front desk staff were a little pushy trying to upsell extras but I guess that is their job. Finally, out of the 62 people in our group more than half contracted some sort of norovirus which was not fun. "

"We got lock up of hour room since we got there, the key for our room never worked, had to be walking back and forward between the room and the lobby, we didn’t enjoy our stay AT ALL, the staff solved our issue last minute when we were almost living and tried to ask for a refund for the days we couldn’t enjoy because we were literally the whole day at the lobby to find somebody to fix our issue, they never paid attention to us, they preferred to give priority to the ones that were doing check in instead of taking care of the ones that are there EXPENDING THEIR MONEY already, total caos."

"Constant entertainment, great pools, clean beach, lively vibe, wonderful staff, strong drinks, well-appointed family suites, tons of on-site amenities. Food is a 2/10 but no one cares. That is how fun this place is. We will be back."
