"I’ve stayed here twice and half to say it’s a great hotel. Great breakfast and love they serve food. The staff is friendly and the rooms are well appointed with comfy beds and pillows. My impression is that this hotel is particularly well managed to provide the experience they do."

"We stayed only one night very close to the airport for our flight the following morning. When we checked in it stated that the room was standard, I had booked a superior (this may not be the correct terminology) this was quickly corrected though the room we were given was quite clearly set for one person as there was only one robe, one pair of slippers, one bottle of water etc! The room however was more than acceptable!"

Basic supplies in house, good beds, netflix. Rental procedure a little complicated for the digitally challenged... Local area is unspectacular, walking distance to downtown Luton. "They cancelled by booking and sent me to another sister hotel only to find it closed and padlocked up. No notification from the hotel or Hotels.com or Expedia. No response to phone calls, emails before re confirmation of the move or complaining afterwards. Appalling customer service from all parties...and i've been in the industry 20 years."
