"Stayed here a number of times and cannot fault the hotel. A warm welcome, easy check in, and early access to our room. Hotel is within walking distance of the airport terminal, and breakfast was all you could ask for. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"This was a beautiful modern hotel. It is located next to a mall entrance that leads down to the central square of the town. The hotel is about two blocks from the train station and it is a nice walk to get there. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"Aside from the shower hose which was damaged and slightly leaking. Everything else was great. Facilities were great. Wifi was great. Beds were comfy. Can't comment on the food as I did not dine here."

"We spent about 60 mins before we were offered a suitable room. It’s a lovely place but old. The rooms in mansion house have old furniture and in the first room a bath that could easily be 40 years old. It was not clean and so the very friendly staff showed us 4 other rooms all the same and we picked the best of them but still very dissatisfied because it had very poor WiFi. We were about to leave but they showed us a room in parklands. If you stay there it’s very nice quiet and a king bed( mansion house have doubles?!) room 104 very nice . Bad start it we had a very nice time. Spa is nice and dinner steak is very good. "

"Very handy for trip to Wembley Stadium to see Guns n Roses. Parked at Stanmore Station and got the Jubilee Line tube in to Wembley Park. Mattress in our room needs to be changed - the innards and springs were exposed. Also only one mug and one teaspoon for 2 persons... Very handy to get drinks from the 24 hour bar after we returned from the gig after midnight. Thanks very much."

"Great place to stay for night before flying, bed was super comfortable, easy check in and restaurant on site. Easy transfer to airport very early - would recommend if you’ve got a flight out of Luton."
