From the receptionist it was terrible . She was rude and sarcastic ! Very insulting refused me to speak to a manger to report her and question him? . Requested a deposit of £50 on arrival for that hotel and I challenged them. At the end I had card to pay they refused and said it was cash they needed . I had to go out and walk around for 30mins to get a cash machine as the one close by is not working . The rooms are an apology ! For that reason I gave up one night and forfeited the money cos it was not a comfortable place and I did not get a refund on it even when I asked the unprofessional Receptionist to refund me for one night . The pics online are deceiving guys . Moulds in toilets as well . Train so noisy where they dumped me for the night even with window Closed . The bed was an apology . Stained towels etc
Staff were polite and friendly, upon arrival And checked temperature - via my wrist which baffled me.
The Room was spacious, clean, tidy, unfortunately the window did not open due to being ground floor - the room was hot, the fan provided was loud.
The television appeared drunk and hung at very odd angle, but was not awful.
For the money paid I would recommend a short stay if staying in Luton.
The Covid-19 restrictions became a bit of a joke the longer time spent in the hotel.
Cleaners did not have masks on despite me walking past 2/3 cleaners in the corridor...
Everytime I exited the building I was to leave via a back way even to smoke and then walk around the entire building to gain access even in the pouring rain - however the staff were out the front smoking … also the cleaners were to enter via the back door.
This made no sense in regards to the strict guidelines I was informed of upon arrival.
Please do not be out off by this review, I would stay here again with no issues.

It’s unique because it offers low cost, affordable rooms which are more than adequate for business travelling on a tight budget
Luton is much misunderstood and therefore undervalued as a convenient business stop.

Great Value needs to be better maintained
ideal location in centre of Luton and close to airport. cracking value. Some of the facilities could do with better maintenance though
Horrible customer service. Left the room after few hours because of bed bugs crawling all over the bed and sheets. Requested a refund which was refused as they made up a story that they offered me another room which I apparently took and stayed there over night which is a total lie.

With the extreme heat (On the nights I stayed) a fan was not good enough to cool the bedroom. I therefore slept very badly.
However, usually this is not a problem and the hotel represents good value for money.

Difficult to fault for the price. Yeah you can hear the trains and it isn't the most comfortable bed in the world but it does the job. The 50 pound cash deposit is peculiar and it was particularly concerning that the receptionist only had to make a few mouse clicks in the morning to confirm it could be refunded. Are there cameras in the room that she was checking? I was told there would be a quick inspection.

good value for money and staff very friendly
very close to bus and train station
Had a room booked for a family 2 adults and a kid got 3 single beds and all three beds had a wooden board nailed to the base off the bed that stuck out from the mattress, my 2 year old boy scraped his back on it and when I told them what happened got told we make a note nothing we can do now! Absolutely awful place do not stay here if you care about your family
O hotel é simples, mas o quarto é confortável. Em razão do COVID-19 não foi servido alimentação, então não tenho como opinar.

fine enough for the price
Room was fine enough, noisy from the railway right outside the hotel, but does switch to quiet running between 11pm -6am.
A general musky smell prevails probably from the old carpets, and the room was quite warm even though the heating was off. Not uncomfortable but would be in the summer, a fan was provided which helped move the air but crack a window and the train noise is terrible.
Hotel is very unloved, you have to leave a deposit of £50 in cash which is forfeit if you break the rules of the hotel. Bedding was clean but the rest of the room was dirty, curtains, bathroom etc all in a poor state of repair. You must temper my review with the fact that you don't pay a lot for this hotel. Car parking is available adjacent the hotel, just enough spaces when I stayed.
OYO London exceeded our expectations. It was well-maintained and the rooms were comfortable and not too cramped, as is so often the case in small inns in the UK. There was a pleasant lobby area.
