Each time I left/arrived at the hotel I was greeted and welcomed back. The exceptional customer service continued with breakfast staff also. The hotel is conveniently located in the old quarter. This was my first visit to the city and I found it a perfect place to stay and to explore from. The room/bed was comfortable also. When I left, the staff treated me like royalty.
