Excellent hotel. Staff was extremely nice. It was my buddies birthday, we didn’t mention it to them. Because they paid attention to his passport they mad a b-day cake and sang happy birthday to him. Breakfast staff was excellent! We had a late departure, got a day rate, this allowed us to return to the room, nap, shower before we departed Hanoi

Great location near Hoan Kiem Lake. All of the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. Guest information ordered Water Puppet Theatre tickets for us, which was great. Lovely breakfast with very friendly staff and good views of Hanoi. Freshly cooked pho was really nice. And the coffee with condensed milk. Great variety including other savoury dishes and dragon fruit. We checked in quite late in the evening and the guys on the late shift were great - at the front desk and with the luggage. Junior Suite was a good-sized room with some views.

I've been to Ha Noi a lot and wanted to stay in a different part of town but needed to be near the main part of the city. Very nice hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff. If this was your first visit to Hanoi this would be a great hotel for you - it's easy to find, near ATMs/a 7-11 and in a slightly quieter part of old town. Good massage and laundry service, small but good gym for basics.

Staff was friendly, room was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable! Reason for the lost star was the lobby had a sewage smell that sometimes came to our second floor room. I also couldn’t recommend the spa as we had a very negative experience, quality of the actual service was less than we’d come to expect from the off the street services in the city and the spa staff were very rude throughout and were pushy for tip after. We are pretty sure they were called in and not on staff so I can’t say if your experience will be the same or not.
