We stayed for 4 nights and felt very welcome here. The staff are very friendly and really take care of you. It’s clean, very close to Paddington Ststion and you have a lot of restaurants to choose from.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Heritage property, so no elevator and common areas are comfortably worn. Room was small but well updated and very clean. Couldn't ask for a better spot for a one night layover. So handy to Paddington station.

Easy access from paddington station. Great front desk service. Small rooms on top floors takes getting used to but serves the purpose during tourism. Don't take top floor rooms if a lot of stairs is a problem for you!

The owner and his staff are real gems. They helped me in every possible way, they had an open ear for everything and for a woman who is travelling alone I felt very safe! The hotel is very nice, it is freshly renovated and clean. I liked my small room very much. I‘m happy that I booked them again on my way back from my journey to London.
