The room was spotless and contained everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable, The TV was fabulous and the airconditioning was lovely. I’d like to mention especially the staff who were kind, efficient, smiling and polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in assisting me. I would definitely stay again and recommend to my friends.

The Z Hotel in Covent Garden was perfectly located in London to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to all tourist areas. The staff were all kind and helpful. The complimentary wine and cheese nights were a major bonus!

Overall I'd give it a 3.5. There is only one elevator and the staff use it as well so it's better to just take the stairs sometimes. They clean the room every other day and these was some miscommunication that lead to my room not being cleaned on the day it was supposed to. They do clean rooms late. I left in the morning and came back around 2pm and my room was still not cleaned. It is in the middle of covent garden so it's got that working for it. FYI the rooms are tiny. You're paying for the location. The bed is against the wall so staying with a partner they will have to climb over you or vice versa to get out of bed. The staff were polite and attentive. I would stay again.
