The employees were all really nice and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. Really good bed, I often struggle to sleep elsewhere but I slept really well. Easy to get in with the code provided. All details are in the app. And perfect location, 5 min walk from Paddington Station. I would stay here again :)

Loved our stay at Sonder, staff were all very helpful special mention to the lovely Niko who assisted us with our luggage. Perfect location, easy access to public transport with Paddington station a few minutes walk away and buses close by. Room nice and clean newly renovated. Would definitely stay again thank you

Friendly & Helpful Reception

Very convenient location for Paddington, friendly and helpful front desk with lockers to leave luggage. The lift only goes to the 2nd floor and stairs to top are steep, narrow and awkward for carrying bags - may not suit if not very mobile. Room was compact but clean, bed comfortable, large shower room but pressure poor. Good value for London and would stay again.

Cannot say enough good. The whole stay at Sonder was so pleasant. Everything was nice and neat and the staff was very very welcoming and friendly and helpful. This location is right by the Paddington station, so accessing the tube and city center couldn’t be easier. Also great bars and cafes right around the corner. Proximity to Hyde Park is a huge bonus too. Can’t recommend enough!

A frequent Sonder user, first time using in London. While unsurprisingly smallish, as with most Soner properties, well designed and appointed. Warning to older folks, lift only goes to the 2nd floor! Book a room accordingly. The Sonder concept is smart, this location was more than up to the standard.

Great location, clean & modern but very small room

Rooms are very small, I booked a double and the bed was undersized, it’s more of a cubicle than a room, cannot fault the cleanliness etc but the pictures don’t reflect the reality. In terms of location though it’s perfect, 2 minute walk from Paddington station & lots of places to eat & drink right outside, this is good as the hotel has no bar or restaurant

Lovely place. For two adults the room was a tight fit. The bathroom was built into the room which takes up a bit of space. The bed was also rock hard and with pillows that were super flat. THAT SAID the staff were lovely when we saw them and the location is great. I would qualify this as a “do it yourself” type hotel. If you are looking for room service, etc, you probably want to look to a larger hotel. But location and for the price it was great. (But seriously, prepare your back for that mattress.)
