The hotel was clean and looked nicely renovated. My main problems were the mattress was springy and soft. The walls were also very thin, so you can hear everything including footsteps from room above and snoring from room next door (not joking!!). I stayed only for 2 nights and it was convenient to be close to Kings Cross.

The staff were very nice and the location was good. Very short walk from St Pancras. It is also busy most of the time. I felt very comfortable walking around when it got dark though I wasn't out too late. The wifi wasn't great. We were at the top of the building and couldn't get a signal but was better on lower levels.

Stayed 1 night before having to catch a really early Eurostar train to Brussels, its really close to the station. The staff were friendly and would do anything for you. The room is on the small side, would say compact but has everything you need. The building has character but overal a solid stay. Only thing to mention is the shower water was tepid, even on the highest setting.
