スタッフの対応は良い。 施設自体も良かった。 部屋割りによりますが、泊まった部屋は窓から公園が望め静かでした。 タオル交換やゴミ片付けが中途半端な時もあったが、スタッフに伝えればすぐに対応してくれる。 大英博物館は近く、博物館鑑賞後に疲れて、一旦ホテル戻って休憩する事も出来た。 バス利用はトラファルガー広場まで一本、電車も地下鉄の駅は近いし、ターミナル駅のユーストンも徒歩圏内で交通には便利な立地。 利用はしなかったが周辺にレストランもあり、スーパーもあり。 ロンドン周遊には、不満はなく滞在できるホテルでした。
