Great location close to Paddington station and Hyde park. Friendly, helpful staff with easy check in and out. Room clean and a reasonable size for an overnight stay for a family of 4. Small breakfast room, but only a short wait for a table.

I am a solo business traveller and I stay on London a couple of nights a month: this was one of the best stays I’ve had for a while. Great location, great check in and the place has a lift. The room was comfortable for a one night stay and the bathroom was spotless. I will stay again.

Clean but no air con which was really needed especially with the room being in the basement. The breakfast was ok but only a cold continental style but fresh toast made for you. The breakfast and cleaning staff were lovely

While basic, the room was clean and comfortable however it is not noted on site that a/c is an extra 15 pounds per 8 hours. London was going through an unusual heat wave and the a/c was desperately needed to be able to sleep. Many thanks to the breakfast ladies that made sure everyone received fresh hot toast and other items.

Great location. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast included. Great value for central London. Good hot shower and water pressure. Only thing that ruined it was the mattress. Worst bed I’ve ever tried to sleep in. Terrible uncomfortable night. That mattress was old sagging and full of lumps. Needs a new mattress before anyone else has their night ruined

It’s normal hotel. If you are thinking just sleep and having a shower, this is good hotel. But if you like a luxury hotel, I don’t recommend. Very nice access to Paddington station. There are some trains to Heathrow Airport.
