Rooms were clean, comfortable and location was amazing. Very good value for money. We will definitely use this hotel in future when visiting London. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and easy access to Paddington station and underground.

Room was ok in terms of cleanliness and even decor.. but the reception was open in random times. When i got there the doors were closed. The number on the door no one picked up… the people working there didn’t speak very good English.. Generally great area, but poor choice of hotel.

Nice Location, but Not the Best Experience

The area the hotel was in was really nice, and the room itself was cute. Unfortunately, there were quite a few issues that made the stay less enjoyable. The shower head was messed up and made taking a shower really difficult. The internet was also very spotty — we had trouble even loading Netflix one of the nights. The hallway leading down to our room (which was downstairs) had a bad smell, and we actually ended up buying air freshener to make it more bearable. The window in our room looked out onto a strange alleyway, which wasn’t the most pleasant view. Overall, I’m glad it wasn’t a long stay.

酒店是好舊的裝修,有接待處, 但佢地唔覆電郵或message, 有咩查詢都是要打電話(英國電話), 對外國人不方便。第一日入住沖涼房門壞,直接無左半邊門,但當時已經11點, 我算,但去水超慢,沖完係一缸水,根本去唔切。第2日我報了1日團,一早已出門口。所以我地打電話要求換房,但話無其他空房可以換,不過佢地當日就裝番好道門同整左去水問題,呢樣係有做到嘢同解決到問題。只能說這價$錢就是這樣。

Could not believe how little space there was around the double bed in the room I stayed. Would have felt even more cramped had my wife been with me, at best 2 feet all sides of bed. Even the ensuite door would only open a quarter of the way as the bed was in the way! Double room I stayed in was really meant for a single bed but hoteliers like to get a double bed in so that they can charge more. Double room I stayed in was really meant for a single bed. On top of that got a terrible night's sleep as mattress was worn out and the springs dug into me all night ! Also a big faff with all the door codes (one needed for building next door and for room) - much better to have someone on reception as after working all day it really was jarring. Won't be staying again.

The room was clean. The building is older, and there was a old water smell in the room, not unexpected and not very pleasant. My main concern was that the front door which is equipped with a coded lock did not close properly and was consistently not secure. The neighborhood feels very safe, so it was not a severe concern. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Please note that there is not staff present on the premises 24/7.

Check-in process was HORRIBLE and the entire hotel is unreachable. My friends and I were waiting outside and calling/messaging the hotel for over an hour before our check-in information was finally sent. It appears as though no one works at reception, so I don’t know why they wouldn’t send check-in info at the time of check-in. Would not recommend.

Arrived at 3pm on the dot for check-in and the gentleman on reception gave a very friendly welcome and gave us the hotel run down. Needed an iron, he said yep no problem! Room was gorgeous, clean and well equipped!

スタッフの方も親切ですし、立地もとても良いです。暖房は必要十分くらいの暖かさです。宿泊した部屋にはエアコンが見当たらなかったので夏の暑い日はちょっと辛いのかなって思いました。他の部屋の話し声が聞こえてきたりしますが、それほど気になりません。秋冬春ならば、また宿泊させていただきたいです。
