This hotel is a great option when travelling to London. The staff were helpful and welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is also great as it is close to the train station with direct travel from Heathrow and simple transport options to many attractions.

Very nice hotel a short walk from Stratford train station and Westfield shopping centre. Friendly reception with free welcome drink which was appreciated. A really nice room with excellent, quiet air conditioning. Comfy bed. The only negative was bar staff were more interested in their phones than serving customers but this seems to be the norm in England so not unique to this hotel.

I was delighted with my stay here. I only stayed for one night, but I was allowed to check in early, as a room was available, and they kept my luggage for me after checkout, as I had a late flight. The room was lovely, with a very comfy bed, and block out curtains, I had one of the best sleeps I've had in ages! I'm very glad that I chose to stay here, and would happily stay again!

Great location which absolutely suited our needs for 3 nights in the local area. Rooms were small & lacked storage but the bed was very comfy, the air con was lovely and cool, and there was no noise. Staff were welcoming & acommodating regarding an early check in (no charge).

Booked a room with a balcony but no chairs are provided! You can use the chair that’s in the room but it’s difficult to move to the balcony and not what it’s meant for. The room was very bland and didn’t have anywhere to sit and do your make-up or hair. The distance from the hairdryer to the long length mirror on the wall was very impractical and difficult to use. At least the bed was clean and comfortable so that’s something to be positive about. Breakfast was ok, mix of cooked and continental and did the trick.

Lovely hotel, good price and great location. Staff are all friendly and pretty efficient. Only downside for our stay, was the kitchen was so overrun they said they couldn’t say when food might arrive, but there are plenty of other places to eat nearby.
