The staff was friendly, helpful and overall excellent. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working and it was not repaired throughout our stay of 6 nights! We were on the fifth floor, so we had to make the tedious climb up and down to our room. The hotel did not even offer to compensate us for this inconvenience. It was only after we asked for a complimentary something that they offered one day free breakfast. The water pressure of the toilet in the room was very low, so flushing did not work well.
