The ambience of the hotel was wonderful, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was modern, spacious and clean. I really enjoyed my stay. I did not try the spa or gym, so cannot comment on them, but I'm sure they were equally great.

The staff were absolutely delightful from the Reception Manager on the Reception desk to the kitchen & bar staff. We haven’t had service like that in a long time. The room was spacious and clean. The pool, steam room and sauna got good use. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The room was beautiful, very clean, everything you could need and more. The shower was perfect and breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have had. Staff were incredibly helpful, and friendly we were given an amazing restaurant recommendation by the lady on the front desk. The secure parking on site was an added bonus and made the whole experience effortless. We look forward to staying again in future.

Staff were helpful, lovely and overall friendly! It was refreshing to be feel welcomed from the receptionist to bar staff. The room was spotless and up-to-date. Loved that it was only 10/15 minute walk from Elizabeth line, and the food main area in Canary. Would recommend.

Cool hotel find, brilliant location and very friendly staff. We took the Thames Clipper to Battersea for Glide by Boots ice skating (and I give Boots and mention as it's a great rink) with a trail by the river. Enjoying the sights from the water was perfect on such a bright sunny day? The sunlight picked out all the gold on the landmarks and statues. Staff were so attentive, joining the Hilton rewards gives extra touches.

Fantastic hotel, great location

Stayed here for a couple of nights with my family while visiting some family and having a couple of days in London. Excellent hotel, away from the chaos of the centre, great transport links, lots of restaurants in the area due to its proximity to Canary Wharf and the hotel itself had lots it amenities. The service in the hotel was excellent, they even gave my daughter a little box of chocolates for easter. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

Treated myself to a relaxing staycation and the hotel was really amazing. The room was spacious and on a very hot day in London to come into a wonderfully airconditoned room was bliss. The spa and gym was also great, I can’t fault it. Would recommend and definitely come back to stay.

First night arrived in London, finding my way to Canary Wharf. Couldn't believe how beautiful and comfy the hotel is (compared to the one I slept in Venice, Italy). Great services, both attitude of the receptionists and service of breakfast. You should have breakfast at the hotel. It is comfy and relaxing!
