The guy at the desk was very friendly and professional The toom was very clean and modern, and the bathroom and shower was very modern and looked brand new, The fact your in London and right next to the station, and for £50 was very good

The room was okay. However there was food left in the fridge from the previous guests the toilet was leaking the towels where dirty and had stains, the TV remote was filthy and the the TV did not work. All channels where showing no signal. The bed was reasonable and the ac worked okay.
