Hub rooms are tiny but very well designed, taking good advantage of space. We enjoyed the lounge area and made good use of the free tea and coffee. It was a pleasant place to eat our take out breakfasts. Location is outstanding as all forms of public transport are right outside the door and there are plenty of interesting places for a morning walk.
Without understanding the differences, we booked the Hub vs Premier inn. The Hub is very tiny yet most efficient use of space. The 2 of us really didn’t mind it. We had everything we needed except for a safe. Would have been even better if there was a microwave. Thank goodness for the coffee machine and water dispenser. I would stay there again. One strange thing, our room had a food smell 2 out of the 3 days we got back. Otherwise, all good.
The room is small but well organize with storage under the bed. The rooms are modern looking. The staff are very friendly. The metro is easily accessible with Paddington station just across the street.
The staff is super friendly and very helpful! We were helped a lot by Ms. Heeba who was very professional and courteous and considerate. The rooms are tiny. Our two suitcase, me and my husband could not move in the room. We were upgraded to a room for handicapped but that was in the basement with no windows. That was bit creepy. The room otherwise was clean and had air conditioning. This is a very basic hotel but very convenient to travel. One train from Heathrow to right in front of the hotel. Also, very convenient to travel within London. Lively and close to restaurants. In house restaurant is good for breakfast but a bit expensive. Lots of options right outside in Paddington Station.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but the location was fantastic!
Lovely place, filtered water and complimentary coffee at reception. The coffee was delicious! Excellent vegan breakfast options, and lovely and sweet staff. The only downside was that the room was too cold, and there is no heater.
Never stayed in a Premier Inn property and it made an amazing first impression. The property was clean and modern. Rooms were comfortable and the perfect size for a solo traveler. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of hot and cold options. Only downside is that I stayed on level -1 and had to depend on WiFi since I had no signal with my phone carrier. Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to stay at a Premier Inn property on the future. Highly recommended to all!
This was a great little place to stay. So convenient for the tube and immaculately clean and modern. The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable was that the window was faux and we were actually underground. For that reason, the mobile signal was very poor to make calls. Overall, a good place to stay.
Staff was great !! Very small hotel rooms which is the norm there but these are exceptionally tiny !! Unless by yourself get a larger room elsewhere. FYI the manager was fantastic moving us to an accessible room to accomdate us.
Great reception. Able to store luggage before check in. Friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location. Small room but manageable and efficient. Bathroom and amenities - pleasant and accessible
All rooms in the hub is on the ground floor or B1 floor. If you want a room above ground floor, book premier inn instead. Both hotels are next to each other and across the road from paddington station. I thought the superior room size was ok, but still not much room to open up big suitcases. The only window is obscured by big metal grilles, the window is facing a street lined with trees. The amenities provided are bare minimum, only a shampoo+body wash in the shower (which is really bad quality, by the way) and a handwash gel, that's it! No fridge in room, a hairdryer that works intermittently and only a few hangers to hang clothes on. No phone to reach reception on in the room. Appreciate the free coffee and tea in the lobby. Water provided also in lobby but no bottles provided to bring water back to room. Hotel is in a convenient location and price reasonable. Good enough for a 1 or 2 nights stay.
Great Staff, when we arrived and found out our reservation was cancelled by Expedia they dug in to see why and provided proof so we could talk to Expedia about the problem. They then helped us get a room - the last one! Very patient staff - very knowledgeable. The hotel is okay. It is the convenience that makes it so great - sooo close to the station and with luggage this is a godsend.
Very close to the Paddington Station. The room is small but very convenient and functional thanks to the technology. The breakfast was good enough, the staff was friendly.
Loved the modern and clean room, although very small they make use of every space with clever design. Except the bathroom, no hooks for bath towels which was strange, and the hair dryer was too far from the closest mirror to be able to use. So close to paddington station, right across the road is an elevator that takes you down to station level. Very convenient. Breakfast was a little pricey but it is London. Lots of food options nearby.
This was a great hotel for a few nights in London. The hotel was clean and fresh, the room was just the right size for me, it was so close to Paddington station, the Elizabeth Line and the Underground, the breakfasts were great, and there was a decent choice of nearby restaurants to choose from.
There was no room service, but that was my choice. I could have asked for it after a couple of days, but didn't feel the need.
I could leave my suitcase in a secure room on my last day.
I'd definitely stay here again.
The hotel and room was very clean. We knew ahead of time that the rooms would be small, but even the superior double room feels tight. The bed was super comfortable, and there were really cool features. The housekeeping staff weren’t too friendly, but check-in staff was great. They only replaced towels and toilet paper when we asked to clean our room on a day out—there was nothing really freshened up.
