We booked a room with 2 x double beds. The room was small and in the basement and one bed was positioned directly next to the door. The bedroom carpet was stained and the window was very difficult to open. Fridge didn’t work. Shower was tiny but worked well. Room cleverly designed as shower and toilet hidden behind sliding doors. Nicely designed and decorated and bed and pillows comfortable. We all had a good nights sleep. Quick check in and check out process, all staff were very friendly and helpful, great location - a few minutes walk from the town centre and underground.

The price, cleanliness and location were all superb. It was quiet in the streets nearby, yet close to great pubs and restaurants, as well as the tube. Only downside was layout of the toilet, meant privacy was more limited. Otherwise great stay!

The staff are great and polige and hammersmith is a really nice borough where you’re able to go everywhere by tube and you have nice restaurants, shops and cosy pubs. Next time I will visit the hotel again, I’ve been here for several times.

Lovely hotel, immaculate decor, lovely to have a kitchenette area as a bonus, fridge, kettle and hob if you had a longer stay Very modern with sliding mirrored doors along whole of one wall which hid the shower and separate toilet. Atmospheric lighting and tv Only very small downside, no vanity mirror to do make-up with, all mirrors were smoked effect which made it very difficult to see properly in applying make-up. Only tiny downside which could be fixed. Nice area of London, lots of bars and restaurants and ideally located for Hammersmith appolo
