This is a small hotel, but it was excellent for a one night stay before catching a train at London's Euston Station. Our room was comfortable and clean. The room was small, but it provided exactly what we needed.

The hotel was in a good location, close to metro stops. I was put in a ground level room and it smelled bad. Thought it would go away but it didn't. Overall it was a good experience.

The hotel windows need a major cleaning and the rooms need to be remodeled or retouched. The staff aren’t welcoming and don’t smile or greet you. I don’t understand why they are in the hospitality business. There was one staff who was totally out of line and he needs to be coached. The restaurant seemed nice and remodeled and the breakfast was good. Overall, I would not stay there again if I don’t have to. I didn’t feel comfortable at all. It is just a place to sleep and take a shower but the price doesn’t justify it sadly.

Decent as a base for a weekend in London where we didn’t spend much time in the hotel. Great location right next to Euston station and 3 different tube stations however not sound proof at all and sirens going past very regularly made for not a very peaceful nights sleep.

Hotel is in a great location, 20 minute walk to the centre. Room was nice and shower was great. Only thing that we noticed was the room was damp and it had towels on the window sill to collect the moisture. Other than that, great!

The room had a very strong damp/mould smell coming from the bathroom. This appeared to be a lot of black mould in the shower, quite a few beetles in the bathroom in general. Front of house staff were all very pleasant though.

Good location for Euston station however room was very shabby and needed decorating Paint falling off ceiling in bathroom and mould in shower Window cill filthy and furniture worn out Mirror cracked Felt grubby and as a tall bloke could not fit on the toilet due to size of bathroom/cupboard Staff very nice and reception area nice rooms not good at all would not recommend and glad I was on business and not with my family
