Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
The location of the flat is great - very convenient - and the price reflected the reality of the flat's condition. I didn't use the kitchen, so can't comment on that, but the sofa was comfortable to sit on. The living room and bedroom had enough space to move around, and it was great there was a hairdryer: that's often overlooked! The matttress was unfortunately very uncomfortable: I repeatedly woke up because of the noise and slope of it. The bathroom is fine, but not as high as spec as the photos would have you believe. More generally, the photos provided do not to show you your flat in its entirety: they're seemingly taken from a variety of flats in the same block, so just be aware of that. We had to wait for someone to arrive to let us in, so factor this in when you're asked to let them know when you're on your way (they need about 30 minutes notice, which we gave them). The person who let us in was friendly and clear with instructions.
