Room size was too small and smelly and bathroom stench in the room even if bathroom door is closed, bathroom has no pegs to hang towels or clothes and dirty. Very small window. Avoid staying here

Located close to Victoria station and bus transportation. But, the stairs and rooms are a bit small for our family of 4. Please note some rooms may not have bathrooms and people use tiny shared bathroom. We had reserved a room with bathroom.

I knew this was a small budget room but it was not fit even a hostel never mind hotel. It was in a low height bunker and smelled of damp. Felt really claustraphobic with no window.Batgroom was shared which it did not say on booking

Very good for the price bracket in my opinion. I stay in ‘budget’ hotels 2-3 nights per week for work, and this is about the best for price I have found so far! Does it feel like the Ritz; No Is it priced as the Ritz; No Would I stay again; Definitely!!!

Hotel is located close to many London attractions. We stayed in triple room with private bathroom. The room a bit smaller and each guest only receives only one towel, there was no bathroom foot mat provided to us. Staff was helpful and accommodating

The room was just so tiny. They provided the absolute bare minimum for amenities. Really the room was as advertised so I can’t complain. There was a lot of noise in the neighborhood at night time with people screaming/inebriated. Overall it was fine but I wouldn’t stay again. The cost versus what we got was disappointing.

Good basic but small room. Convenient location.

The location was great. Our room was tiny but the beds were comfortable. The shower had some stains on it but otherwise the room was clean. It's a nice spot - not fancy, but comfortable. Lack of a/c was an issue and the room got very hot so we'd leave the door open when we were awake in the room to help with ventilation.

Small but clean and comfortable

Basic but clean. Bed comfortable. I stayed in the single en-suite. It was a very small room but you get what you pay for. Had everything it needed, hot powerful shower, no leaks, and all very clean and actually had a small double in the room. Bit noisy when people go up the stairs right outside your room. But as I said, can’t complain when you are paying less than £60 for central London.
