The lifts were fab and very speedy too.

Expected more for a 5 star hotel. Location is good but other than that nothing special in particular. Service was mid tier. Its saving grace is the rooftop pool.

The room wasn't ready at 3pm. However, they did put in a bottle of prosecco and little cake for my sister's birthday, which was nice. The pool was excellent but I wish we'd known that the Joia restaurant and bar were closed during our stay.
