We arrived early hoping for early Checkin and the staff did their best to accommodate us and other early guests with professionalism and patience. They were all very nice even after my family asked multiple times if the rooms were ready. The room itself is exactly how it looks in the pictures and very clean. We appreciate the cleanliness!
