I was in Flat 4, top of the building and no elevator, not ideal if you have many/heavy cases. 2. "Communication with the team was excellent from booking to post departure - property was exactly what we needed, 2 adults and 2 young children (7&4) - property is a very short walk from Vauxhall over & underground from which the city is easily accessible. Tesco express closeby too for a wee coffee fix early doors too and any other goods you may need - in summary - would I book again? Yes, without doubt!"

"I didn't like that I had to go to another property to pick up keys. It would be very easy to have a set up similar to the Arne street location for key pickup. The pull out couch mattress was very thin and you could easily feel the springs. Layout was of apartment was very good. Wifi was spotty. Water from the shower got on the floor very easily and there needs to be a fan in the bathroom. Balcony was great."

"The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us staying. I hadn't realised that the biggest bedroom also had an en-suite so that was a nice bonus. The only - very slight - downside was the lack of air conditioning. We visited during an unseasonably warm spell in October 2023 so it was a bit too hot at night but I would still stay again despite this. Oh, and the TV channels didn't work very well so we couldn't watch the rugby as we were getting ready to go out. That was the only time we tried...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Stayo Southbank! Having an entire apartment with all basic home amenities was super convenient. All the appliances worked well, the only thing missing were forms of cutlery. There were signs of a little wear and tear which is to be expected for a hotel but it was still a very comfortable and wonderful stay. I would definitely book a stay there again! "

"This small hotel was a perfect location in central London for my mixed business/family trip. A very short walk from the Thames, London Eye, The British Museum, many theaters and other attractions. Many convenient pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean, comfortable, functional and reasonably sized for the price. (I have paid more for much less space in London)."
