"This small hotel was a perfect location in central London for my mixed business/family trip. A very short walk from the Thames, London Eye, The British Museum, many theaters and other attractions. Many convenient pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean, comfortable, functional and reasonably sized for the price. (I have paid more for much less space in London)."

"Great hotel, room was spacious and staff very friendly and helpful. The appliance in the room are all in good working order, except that the washer dryer has a very peculiar feature where the door could not be opened until the machine has cooled down. Otherwise, all good! Great staff, especially Maria who helped me open the door of the washer dryer on the day I was checking out. Thanks so much Maria!!"

"Nice apartment - definitely not the ones in the picture. Great handy location for shopping, dining & work. Nice kitchen amenities & patio. Biggest let down was being on the 4th or 5th floor with no lift > with no warning this isn’t convenient. May stay again but not this high up."

"The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed! We appreciated the kitchen being stocked with all the essential cooking tools & items. We loved the fact that the apartment was off the main street, but walkable and close to everything. "

"The place is close to a sainsbury and also the Chancery and Holborn tube stations. We liked the location a lot. The amenities of the hotel were great and we used the laundry machine which did a great job. The only negative thing was the bathroom door is a pocket door and not soundproof at all so you could hear everything when someone was in there. If alone 10/10, if with a friend 7/10. "

They seem to have perfected the aparthotel model and it suited us perfectly - someone’s there if you need them but otherwise you’re free to come and go at your own schedule without worrying about housekeeping knocking on your door. They provided every amenity and were generous with refills of coffee pods - we just had to ask! The location was pretty unbeatable too, being such a close walk to Aldgate East and Aldgate tube stations, as well as buses to Brick Lane,...
